It has an ecological breeding base covering an area of 130 hectares. It has built 80 shrimp ponds with a total investment of RMB 12 million and an annual output value of 290 tons of shrimps. Shrimp culture is based on the natural sea water in the Yellow River Delta, in the whole process of which no forbidden drug is used. The shrimps are fished and frozen on the spot, and distributed to the terminal through the cold chain truck.
The Company develops the “industrialized recirculating aquaculture technology of Pacific salmon in the saline-alkali land” independently through introducing Pacific salmon eggs from Canada, and has built a breeding workshop of 8,800 square meters and two sets of standardized recirculating water systems. It has adopted the international advanced and domestic first runway type double recirculating aquaculture system and is equipped with automatic temperature and salt regulation, ultraviolet ozone disinfection, automatic feeding, automatic monitoring and other systems, hence realizing the industrialization and intellectualization of salmon culture. Its annual output of coho salmon is 500 tons. The recirculating aquaculture technology of coho salmon has reached the international advanced level, which has obtained two patents and independent intellectual property rights, suitable for replication and promotion in inland and coastal areas.
